Radis Community Care is hiring a Support Worker for Woodland Court Extra Care in Dewsbury. You will assist the elderly with daily living, personal care, mobility, and participate in social and recreational activities, always with privacy and dignity in mind.

Shifts run 06:30–14:30 and 16:00–22:30, with every other weekend rota. Benefits include full/part-time hours, uniform/PPE, training and pension options along with structured support for new starters.

Responsabilidades

• Support elderly residents in an Extra Care Scheme with personal care tasks
• Assist with mobility and transfers between dining, communal and private areas
• Promote residents' privacy, dignity and independence during daily activities
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities and group sessions
