Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Extra Care Scheme in England. You will primarily assist elderly residents who may have restricted mobility, helping them maintain independence and supporting personal care activities, meals, and access to dining areas and communal spaces.

You will promote dignity and respect in all interactions, participate in social and recreational activities, and support residents both individually and as part of a rota.
