You will participate in social activities, support meal times, and respect privacy. Shifts include days, nights and weekends, with training towards Care Certificate and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Support mobility and transfers to dining areas, bedrooms and communal spaces.
• Encourage participation in recreational and social activities to promote mental and physical wellbeing.
• Respect privacy and dignity at all times during daily routines.
• Support with meal times and daily living activities, including mobility.
