Job summary

Positive Futures in Northern Ireland is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with a learning disability, ABI or autism. Qualifications

• At least 6 months paid experience in health and social care or community setting.
• Experience leading a shift or key worker, supervising colleagues and coordinating reviews.
• Basic digital skills to record notes and use rota/HR/care systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews with service users, families and others involved in their lives.
• Coach, mentor and supervise staff to deliver high-quality support.
• Chair or participate in meetings; oversee records, finances, medication and health and safety within the service.
• Take lead on risk management and health and safety oversight.
