Advance Housing and Support Ltd in Witney is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs live the lives they choose. The role offers flexible hours, paid mileage, and training support, with salary around £26k per year.

You will ensure personal care, medication support, meals, appointments, and social activities are facilitated. A full UK/International driving license and access to a vehicle are required, with mileage paid per mile.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and commitment matter.
• Must have a full UK/International driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Mileage paid at 0.55p per mile.
• Ability to work weekends and between 7am and 10:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments and social activities.
• Support with independent living skills and domestic duties.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Keep training up to date.
