Voyage Care in Longhope is looking for caring, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain more independence in daily life. You’ll work within a dynamic team to support activities, personal care, and community participation.

The role offers 35 hours per week with shifts from 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm. A full UK driving license is preferred, and some travel to service locations may be required. Pay starts at £12.34 per hour, with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license preferred.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support.
