Job summary

Lifeways Group in Exeter is seeking a Care Support Worker to help people live independently in their homes and communities. A full UK driving licence is essential; you will support with transport, appointments, activities and daily living tasks. Training is provided and no previous care experience is required.

The role offers £13.10 per hour plus £50 sleep-ins, with opportunities to build relationships, develop life skills and support people to stay connected with their communities.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is essential, enabling community-based support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are important for relationships.
• Willingness to learn and develop; full training provided.
• No prior care experience is required.
