Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Bursledon-Southampton service. You will assist residents with daily living, personal care, and community activities, working as part of a supportive team. A valid UK manual driving license is required to transport individuals as needed.

The role offers full-time hours, with shifts from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You’ll join a team focused on enhancing independence and quality of life for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (manual) required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with enhanced support needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily living.
• Support with personal care and community access.
• Encourage social activities, outings, and daily routines with the group.
