Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is hiring a dedicated Support Worker for day and night shifts in Padgate - Sankey Area, Warrington. You will provide compassionate support to residents in our residential homes, supported living schemes and community-based services, helping them exercise rights and choices.

No prior experience is essential as full training and qualifications are provided on the job. We offer a rolling 3 on/3 off rota, welcome bonus, and various benefits to support your wellbeing and

Support Worker Days & Nights

• Location: Padgate - Sankey Area ( Warrington)
• Hours: Various Hours available, ranging from 24 to 36 hours per week, including day shifts, night shifts, and waking nights.
• Salary: £12.71 per hour, plus an additional £1.00 per Night shift enhancement.
