Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our teams across Warrington, with opportunities in Orford, Great Sankey, Woolston, Latchford and Culcheth. Bank shifts include nights, weekends and sleep-ins, offering the chance to work around your lifestyle.

You’ll support people to live independently and safely, providing person-centred care, emotional support, and practical help throughout varied shifts.

£12.71 per hour, plus sleep £60 extra for sleep ins

With shifts available across nights, weekends, sleep-ins, and shorter shifts, you can choose when and how often you work

A Day in the Life of a Bank Support Worker
