Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a friendly, confident and chatty care assistant to support individuals in the local community. No prior care experience required; full training is provided.

The role offers a rolling rota and a competitive hourly rate of £12.71, with benefits including free Blue Light Card, free meals on 12-hour shifts, enhanced night pay, and 24/7 GP support. The successful candidate will be warm, reliable and patient, able to communicate well, build relationships, and help people

Are you friendly, confident and naturally chatty? Do you enjoy getting to know people, building genuine relationships and helping others get out and enjoy their local community? You don't need previous care experience. Full training and qualifications are provided, so what matters most is your personality and approach.
