We Change Lives (WCL) is a Northwest England charity that empowers people with learning and physical disabilities through residential homes, supported living schemes and community services. We are seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to join the days team at Latchford, Warrington, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
You will help residents to have choices, voices and independence, working a rolling two-week rota on day shifts.
Join our warm, welcoming residential home, supporting up to six people with learning and physical disabilities, including PMLD.
You’ll be part of a friendly, close-knit team, supporting people to live happy, meaningful and more independent lives.
