Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Female Support Worker in Leicester to help people lead active, connected lives. You’ll be friendly, confident and naturally chatty, building genuine relationships and assisting clients to enjoy their local community.

No previous care experience is required as full training is provided. This role is open to female applicants only due to personal care needs and privacy considerations.
