Job summary

Ad Talent Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for TS Liverpool’s services across WA7 and WA8. You will support adults with physical and mental health needs, build trusted relationships, provide practical care and help maintain independence and choice. Full-time permanent roles, with a rolling two-week rota.

Benefits include a discretionary bonus and funded DBS check, with full training and ongoing development from an experienced management team.

Qualifications

Must have the right to work in the UK for the full contracted hours (no sponsorship).
Available to work full-time day or waking-night rota.
Be able to travel to WA7 or WA8 services for 8.00am or 8.00pm starts, including weekends.
Clearly communicate and maintain accurate written support records.

Responsibilities

Support daily living activities and promote independence, dignity and choice.
Build positive relationships and help people access their community.
Support health, wellbeing and medication in line with training and procedures.
Follow individual support plans and safeguarding procedures.
Work with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide consistent support.
