Job summary

You will support daily routines, promote independence and wellbeing, and travel to services across Liverpool. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and a DBS check in place or applied for.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK experience in healthcare or residential support.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or applied for during registration).
• Must have Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions.
• Must be available for full-time hours and flexible shifts.
• Flexibility to travel to services across Liverpool and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and experienced Residential Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. We have an urgent requirement for full-time staff, therefore this position is full-time only and is not open to part-time applicants.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs, and mental health conditions within residential settings. You will use your experience and professionalism to support service users with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Pay Rate

£13.00 - £19.50 per hour (depending on client, shift, and location)
