Think Community Care is recruiting experienced support workers for autism supported living services in the United Kingdom. Roles include daytime and nighttime shifts (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am) with a 42-hour week. A full induction and shadow shifts are provided, and DBS checks are advantageous. Weekend work and 2:1 packages apply.

Success hinges on compassionate, values-driven care and supporting individuals to lead more independent lives. Driving license is preferable but not required.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 month’s experience as a Support Worker in the UK.

You will part of either the day or night team, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am

Benefits, Permanent Roles:

• £13.20ph
• Autism supported living service
• 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am
• 42 hrs per week
• Weekend work, 1 on 1 off, alternating
• Work 2:1 packages
• UK Driving Licenece is preferable as individuals have their own mobility vehicles.

You will be given a full induction and shadow shifts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month’s experience as a Support Worker in the UK, life experience will also be considered.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
