Job summary

Transforming Support in Manchester is seeking a committed Support Worker to join TS Liverpool's service at Laystall Street. You will provide person-centred care, helping individuals build confidence, daily living skills and greater independence.

The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a two-week rolling rota and full training. Candidates should have six months of care experience, be able to travel to the site, maintain records, and have the right to work in the UK without

Qualifications

• At least six months' experience in a care or support setting.
• Available to work full time on the service's rolling rota.
• Able to reliably travel to Laystall Street, Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Support everyday living skills and household responsibilities while encouraging independence.
• Help people make choices about their routines, activities and personal goals.
• Support access to the community, appointments and social activities.
• Provide support with health needs and medication in line with agreed procedures and training.
• Follow individual support plans and contribute to reviews and positive risk management.
• Maintain accurate records and work with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide consistent support.
