Job summary

Capital Recruitment Group is recruiting compassionate, reliable Driver Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. This is a full-time position and requires driving to service users across Liverpool and surrounding areas.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing while delivering high-quality care. You must have a UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence – Manual or Automatic.
• Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions.
• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working within healthcare or residential support settings.
• Flexibility to travel to services across Liverpool and surrounding areas.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (can be applied for during registration if required).
• Must be available for full-time hours and flexible shifts.

We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and experienced Driver Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. We have an urgent requirement for full-time staff, therefore this position is full-time only and is not open to part-time applicants.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs, and mental health conditions. You will use your experience and professionalism to support service users with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Pay Rate:

£13.00 – £19.50 per hour (depending on client, shift, and location)
