Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a compassionate Support Worker (Days) at Oakhurst Lodge in Lyndhurst to help adults with autism and learning disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives. You will work a 42-hour week on 12-hour day shifts, on a 7-day rota including weekends, delivering person-centred care and enabling community involvement.

We offer a generous package: £13.45–£14.00 per hour, 28 days' holiday inclusive of bank holidays, paid breaks, meals on shift, pension and funded training.

No two days are the same, and you'll play a vital role in helping the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and active lives both at Oakhurst Lodge and within the local community.About the RoleWe are offering a 42-hour permanent contract, working 12-hour day shifts across a 7-day rota, including approximately two weekends per month.Shift patterns vary, with some starting as early as 7:00 am and others finishing at 10:00 pm.Oakhurst Lodge is an 8 placement specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge.
