No two days are the same, and you'll play a vital role in helping the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and active lives both at Oakhurst Lodge and within the local community. About the Role We are offering a 42-hour permanent contract, working 12-hour day shifts across a 7-day rota, including approximately two weekends per month. Shift patterns vary, with some starting as early as 7:00 am and others finishing at 10:00 pm. Oakhurst Lodge is an 8 placement specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
