Job summary

CYGNET Oaks is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join our 35-bed service in a high-support inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will work across days, nights and weekends, delivering compassionate care and supporting individuals toward independent living with the MDT.

DBS check is required, and we offer excellent development opportunities and staff discounts. The role provides flexible hours and an opportunity to make a tangible difference daily, with structured coaching, supervision

Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in our care.
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report on them as required.
  • Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.

Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.You’ll be working 42 hours a week (Days,Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Oaks.Cygnet Oaks is a 35 bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men, providing a multi-disciplinary treatment programme designed to assist individuals with their return to independent living.Depending on the individual’s level of need, at Cygnet Oaks we provide different levels of support in 2 wards, the Lodge and the House;Lodge – this is a 20 bed admission ward where most service users will start their recovery journey at Cygnet Oaks. Individuals who are admitted to this ward are generally stepping down from an acute or a low secure serviceHouse – a 15 bed service for individuals to continue along their care pathway. The Lodge also contains a 4 bed step-through service.
