Job summary

Dove Valley Mews, part of CYGNET, seeks a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare in a full-time role. You’ll work 42 hours weekly over 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, on a two-week rolling rota, days only. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, focusing on person-centred, meaningful care.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care and support with a flexible learning approach.

• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Support service users to access community activities and outings.
• Engage service users in daily tasks like cooking and cleaning.
