Job summary

CYGNET is hiring a Care & Support Worker for Hawkstone in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will work full time, 42 hours weekly, on 12-hour shifts with alternate weekends, delivering person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will support daily living activities, health and welfare needs, and community participation, ensuring a safe, respectful environment and collaborative teamwork within the service.
