Job summary

Hestia is seeking a Support Worker for our Complex Needs Service in the Hammersmith and Fulham Clusters. You will support clients to manage wellbeing, build independence and achieve personal goals through collaborative plans with professionals and community engagement.

The role involves liaising with professionals, keeping accurate records, and handling housing-related tasks, tenancy sustainment, and safety promotion. Flexible team collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with mental health needs.
• Basic knowledge of housing management including maintenance & repairs.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety in accommodation-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to manage wellbeing, develop independence and achieve personal goals through co-produced plans.
• Liaise with professionals and maintain accurate records.
• Manage housing-related tasks and tenancy sustainment.
• Promote safety, manage resources and meet contractual obligations.
