Job summary

Hestia Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its Complex Needs Service in Hammersmith and Fulham. You will work with service users to improve wellbeing, independence, and housing stability, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered support.

You will document progress, participate in safeguarding, and adapt to flexible team needs to meet contractual obligations. Lived experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety in accommodation-based settings.
• Ability to monitor safety and security of supported housing and report maintenance.
• Experience of working with people with mental health needs.
• Basic knowledge of housing management including maintenance & repairs.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to manage wellbeing and develop independence.
• Assist in achieving personal goals through co-produced plans and community engagement.
• Liaise with professionals and maintain accurate records.
• Promote safety and manage resources to meet service objectives.
