Blossom House in Rushden is seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to join our residential care team as a Support Worker. The role focuses on building trusting relationships with young people, supporting daily routines, education, and personal development in a safe home-like setting.

Position: support worker - Children's services

Location: Rushden (NN10 postcode)

Hours: 42 hours per week

Pay: £13.45 - £13.70 per hour dependant of qualifications

About The Service

Blossom House is a newly renovated four bedroom “home from home” located in Rushden. Specialising in supporting children with learning disabilities to ensure they receive the best quality of care. We promote and encourage independence and provide opportunities to grow and develop. We are a highly experienced team with extensive knowledge in understanding the children within our care.
