Job summary

Swanton Care in Warrington is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Children’s Services. You will support children with physical/disabilities, assist with daily routines, education, and activities, and help manage medications in a nurturing home.

Full training is provided. The role offers 40 hours weekly, with a pay range of £13.45–£13.70 per hour, and a commitment to staffing a caring, professional team.

Qualifications

About The Service

Our Warrington service is a welcoming, six‑bed residential home designed to support children with physical and learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment. The property is fully adapted and wheelchair accessible, with specialist features including wet rooms and overhead hoists to support individual mobility and care needs.

The home offers a range of thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a large lounge, therapeutic room, reading room, sensory room and a generous garden area, giving children plenty of space to relax, learn and enjoy time together.
