Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Kettering is hiring a Children's Support Worker to assist young people in residential care. You will support daily routines, education, health and wellbeing, and promote independence with a compassionate, patient approach.

We value teamwork, reliability and the ability to work across shifts, including evenings and weekends. NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care (or working toward) is required to join our supportive environment and help make a real difference

  • Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with complex health needs.     You must be available to commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis and candidates it is essential you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or be working towards the qualification.

Position: Children's Support Worker

Location: Kettering (NN15 postcode)

Hours: 42 Hours per week

Pay: £32323.2 per anum
