Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Kettering is hiring a Children's Support Worker to assist young people in residential care. You will support daily routines, education, health and wellbeing, and promote independence with a compassionate, patient approach.

Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with complex health needs. As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our children and young people to be as independent as they can, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life.
You must be available to commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis and candidates it is essential you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or be working towards the qualification.

Hours: 42 Hours per week
Pay: £32323.2 per anum
