Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Luton is seeking a compassionate Bank Support Worker to help children and young people in residential care. You will build trusting relationships, support daily routines, education and personal development, and participate in activities to create a nurturing home.

You will join a supportive team with opportunities to learn, grow, and complete your Level 3 Diploma. The role offers shift work, weekends/evenings, and pay of £13.45–£13.70 per hour, depending on

Position: Bank support worker - Children's services

Hours: Bank

Pay: £13.45 - £13.70 per hour dependant of qualifications

About The Service

Wycombe Way is a children's residential care facility based in Luton.

We offer long term care for children of any gender, with either a learning disability or a physical disability, or both.

We aim to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children where they’ll be protected from harm, and seek to give children rich and varied experiences during their time at our facility, to help them learn and grow.
