Job summary

Swanton Care is seeking a Children's Support Worker in Kettering to provide compassionate care for children and young people in a residential setting. You will help with daily routines, education, and personal development while planning engaging activities and building a nurturing home environment.

The role focuses on fostering independence, confidence, and resilience within a supportive team. The position includes shift work, with opportunities for progression and funded qualifications.

Position: Children's Support Worker

Location: Kettering (NN15 postcode)

Hours: 42 hours per week

Pay: £29374.8 unqualified or £29920.8 qualified

About The Service

Lucerne House is a 6-bedroom residential home based in a quiet residential area of Barton Seagrave, supporting young people aged 5-17. We pride ourselves on creating a home from home environment to allow our young people to flourish and thrive.
