Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd. is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Children’s services in Hadleigh, Ipswich. You will build trusting relationships, support daily routines and education, and participate in activities to promote safety and development.

Successful candidates will be kind, resilient, and confident working both in a team and independently, with strong communication skills and a willingness to pursue a Level 3 Diploma. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the role.

Position: Bank support worker - Children's services

Location: Hadleigh Ipswich (IP7 postcode)

Hours: Bank

Pay: £13.45 - £13.70 per hour dependant of qualifications
