The Avenues Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Margate, Kent. This full-time role involves supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities to live independent lives, with a seven-day rota and various shifts including early mornings and sleep-ins.

As a Support Worker, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and mobility needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. Some of the people we support use wheelchairs.
Our services are located close to Margate town centre with good public transport links. A full UK driving licence is desirable to help the people we support access activities, appointments and their local community.

You don’t need previous experience in social care‑we’ll provide all the training you need. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, childcare or volunteering can provide valuable transferable skills.
