The Avenues Trust Group in Rochester is hiring Support Workers to join a residential team. You will support five adults with learning disabilities and other needs, helping them live as independently as possible and reach personal goals.
You will drive the service vehicle, attend appointments, and assist with daily tasks. The role requires flexibility across early, late and sleep-in shifts, with full training and development support provided.
Full-time opportunities available | £25,845 per annum (pro rata)
You would need to be fully flexible to complete early, late and sleep in shifts across the 7 day week.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role, and you must be willing to drive the service vehicle.
