Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bay View Lodge in Barry. Role involves day-to-day support, promoting independence, and helping residents with生活 skills, healthcare needs, and personal care. The position offers structured induction and opportunities for career development.

You will join a team delivering person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and autism, with shift patterns across days and nights. DBS paid and competitive pay are provided.

SHIFT PATTERNS: 7:30am – 8:00pm, 8:30am - 9:00pm, 9:30am – 10:00pm, 8:00pm – 7:30am

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Manual Driving License & flexibility to cover days and nights, as and when required.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
