Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bay View Lodge in Barry, Wales. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, helping them with daily routines, personal care, and developing life skills in a person-centred environment.

• Full UK Manual Driving License (compulsory).
• Flexibility to cover day and night shifts as required.

SHIFT PATTERNS:

7:30am – 8:00pm, 8:30am - 9:00pm, 9:30am – 10:00pm, 8:00pm – 7:30am

REQUIREMENTS:

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
