Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Bryn Awel in Wales. The role involves leading a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will follow care plans, report on progress, and promote activities to support wellbeing. The position requires an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, a commitment to company values, and eligibility to work in the UK. 18+ and DBS checks apply.

About Bryn Awel:

We provide residential support for 7 adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. We encourage and motivate each person we support to feel good about themselves. We enable people to gain confidence and do the things that are important to them and ultimately to lead happy and fulfilled lives.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support for people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
