Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Rhondda Cynon Taff for 37.5 hours per week in a Supported Living setting. You will provide day-to-day support and promote independence for adults with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.

You will assist with health care needs, personal care, and daily living skills, including budgeting, shopping, and domestic tasks, in a person-centred, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.

We provide person-centred support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries. From therapeutic and residential care to tailored supported living services, we support over 1,000 individuals across England and Wales to live more independently and with greater confidence.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
