About The Role
We are recruiting Support Worker/Carer in Swadlincote, Derbyshire to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.
Job title: Support Worker/Carer
Hours: Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)

About you
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to supporting people in a way which respects their dignity?
Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred but all training will be provided.

About The Service
Oakland Village & Community Care Centre is a medium size care home situated in Swadlincote, with 32 beds. The home caters for younger and elderly adults with dementia. Additionally, the residency is able to support people with eating disorders and mental health conditions.
