Job Advert

We are looking for a Male Relief Support Worker to join our supported living team in Northallerton. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep ins, weekends, and bank holidays. A driver with a manual license is preferable to meet tenants' active lifestyles.

If you are caring, enthusiastic, and a craft or music lover, this could be the job for you! You will support tenants at day centres, social activities, and help them live their best lives at home and in the community.

We support three gentlemen with a learning disability who are friends and live in our supported living services. We are looking to expand our friendly and knowledgeable staff team!

Supporting someone with daily life tasks is not a 9-5 job. You need to work across various days and shifts, including sleep ins (which are paid competitively and in line with the National Living Wage). Your rota is planned in advance, and your manager will try to accommodate your requests.

If you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with learning disabilities, we want to hear from you! We offer career progression opportunities and a range of employee benefits.

*All roles require an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.

This position is for male applicants only, under the Equality Act, Schedule 9, Part 1.
