Job title: Support Worker/Carer (Supported Living)
Hours: Full time, 40-48 hours per week, including day, night, waking night, and sleep-in shifts.

The Support Worker/Carer role offers an opportunity for a proactive, dedicated, and empathetic individual to join an evolving care company. The team will provide practical and emotional support to empower individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The service supports siblings in their new home, so knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with health needs and Type 1 diabetes is desirable.
The team will be inducted and trained before the person moves in. Support will be around daily living skills, health needs, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
We seek a Support Team that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and experienced in managing challenging behaviors.
Personal care workers for women are required. This post is only available to female applicants as permitted under the Equality Act 2010.
The candidate should:
Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We welcome applicants with backgrounds as Home Carer, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Nurse, Social Care Worker, Mental Health Worker, Voluntary Worker, etc.
