We are offering 2 x 18.5 hours permanent posts and casual vacancies for Support Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic, and possess good communication skills. Join our Learning Disability Provider Services teams at Short Term Breaks (Holicote) and Supported Living.
Our services support individuals in accessing their local community by providing personal and practical assistance to those with various needs, including behavioral and complex physical needs. We prioritize hiring individuals with the right attitude and behaviors. Training will be provided for all work tasks, along with shadowing opportunities during your induction.
You will receive regular supervision and appraisal, outstanding training, and development opportunities. The role is varied, rewarding, and makes a significant difference to the individuals supported.
The service operates from Saturday to Friday (24/7), based on a shift rota that includes weekends, sleep-ins, evenings/nights, and Bank Holidays. One of the 18.5-hour posts at the Respite Unit requires working Waking Nights.
