An established industry player seeks a compassionate Support Worker to join their team in Northallerton. This part-time role involves working with individuals with learning disabilities, supporting their independence, and fostering a positive community environment. We are looking for someone to join our supported living team in Northallerton on a part-time, permanent basis, working 20 or 30 hours per week on waking night shifts. Shifts will be Monday to Friday, including weekends and bank holidays.
Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual? Do you love music or have an interest in trains? If so, this could be the role for you!
Supporting someone with their daily life is not a 9-5 job. You will need to work across various days and shift patterns, including some sleep-in shifts.
We understand the importance of your personal time, so your rota is prepared well in advance. If you have specific requests or plans, your manager will try to accommodate them.

We support three active gentlemen aged between 60-68, who have learning disabilities and are great friends. They live independent, fun, and active lifestyles, enjoying days out, train spotting, socialising, and seeing friends.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
