About The Role

We're recruiting a support worker to support adults with learning disabilities in our new supported living service based in Drefach. Be a part of developing our service and help make a difference to a person's life every day.

Position: Support Worker/Carer

Location: Drefach (SA14 postcode area)

Hours: Full-Time - 39 hours per week, on a rota basis.

About you

Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to supporting people to ensure that every moment matters?

You will need to be adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills and able to work as part of our team. Ideally you will:

  • Have previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
  • Be working towards or hold a NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

About The Service

Swanton Care and Community West and South Wales provide support to 10 supported living homes, all of which are individual, and have different needs of support. Each house supports people with challenging health needs such as; mental health, autism, ADHD, and complex needs.
