ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES in Hull is hiring a Female Support Worker for full-time hours. The role includes 37.5 hours per week with a mix of day, night, sleeping and waking night shifts, across Ambrose and Boulevard settings.

Starting salary is £12.71 per hour, rising after probation and again after 12 months in post. We offer extensive staff benefits, training, and progression opportunities within a values-driven, person-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria: Experience in Social Care - Working with complex needs.
• 2 years Experience in support work.
• Desirable criteria: Experience in providing 1:1 person centred Support.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily living support, personal care (where required), and meaningful activities.
• Supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.
• Delivering consistent 1:1 support and promoting independence.
• Supporting complex communication needs, using person-centred and adaptive approaches.
• Managing behaviours of concern using PBS principles.
• Completing accurate care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
• Working nights or sleep-ins as part of a 24/7 rota.
• Ambrose: supporting daily living, personal development, and emotional well-being.
• Boulevard: supporting daily living skills, emotional regulation, and mental health support.
• Collaborating with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
