St Anne's Community Services in Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Starting salary is £12.71 per hour, rising to £12.91 after successful probation and £13.10 after a further 12 months in post.

A variety of shifts including days and sleep-ins are available in HG2 Harrogate. You will provide high-quality care, support clients to achieve their goals, and participate in activities, maintaining person-centred, respectful and open

Qualifications

• Experience in care either personal or professional.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training in care if required.

Responsibilities

• Willing to provide an appropriate level of care and support to clients, in accordance with their care plan including personal care.
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate written and numerical records.
• Able to carry out the physical requirements of the role including climbing stairs, using hoists, pushing wheelchairs, and night work.
