ST ANNE'S COMMUNITY SERVICES in Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help clients live their best life through person-centred care. The role covers 37.5 hours weekly across day and sleep-in shifts, with starting pay £12.71 per hour and progression to £12.91 then £13.10 after probation and a further year.

You will support clients with daily activities, maintain accurate records, and work as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, either personal or professional.
• Willingness to work across 24/7 shifts including sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients to enable independent living.
• Maintain accurate records and daily notes.
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks.
• Support clients with activities and outings.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with carers and families.
