ST ANNE’S COMMUNITY SERVICES is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Astbury service in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. You will join a residential care home providing 24/7 care with a rota including days, nights and weekends.

The role focuses on person-centred support, promoting independence while safeguarding dignity and safety. You will work within a PROUD framework (Person-Centred, Respectful, Open, Understanding, Dedicated) and participate in records, team communication and ongoing training

Formación

• Care Certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience in care environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare person-centred support plans reflecting clients' views and aspirations.
• Support clients to live independently, helping with activities and outings.
• Communicate openly with clients and team members with integrity.
• Provide personal care when required with respect for dignity.
• Keep accurate daily records with client involvement.
