We're currently looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a modern supported living home, where 13 wonderful individuals aged from their late 20s to late 70s live full, meaningful lives. It's a truly lovely place to work: warm, welcoming, and always filled with things to do. From seasonal celebrations to fun‑filled activities, there's always something happening – and yes, we even host our own discos and parties!
Many people here are quite independent – some even access the community on their own. Personal care needs are minimal, mostly gentle prompts and reassurance rather than full support. You'll also provide day‑to‑day support around the home, including:

Shift patterns: 10:45am – 11pm, followed by a sleep‑in, then 8am – 11am. Other shifts run between 9am – 9pm, with flexibility to work full or part days. Availability to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) is expected to maintain continuity of care.
