City and County Healthcare Group Ltd in Higham is hiring a Support Worker for a 2:1 complex care package supporting a young man in his mid-20s with cerebral palsy. You will provide PEG feeding, medication management and personal care.

The role offers full training and a DBS check funded by us, with opportunities for career progression within CCH. You will join a people-first team that values community, courage and heart, and you will be encouraged to help the client enjoy cinema trips and social

• Experience in complex care would be essential, especially in the following with the clinical inventions prior to be offered an interview with our package manager:

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Support Worker in this 2:1 package.

The client is a young gentleman in his mid-20s who has cerebral palsy, and due to this, the client would require management of his PEG feed, medication and personal care.

He is an avid fan of taking trips to the cinema, shopping all whilst offering that vital social inclusion.
