Job summary

Everyturn is opening a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, London, offering 12-14 beds with 24/7 clinical support. As a Support Worker you will help people progress in recovery, lead care planning, and support meaningful activities in a safe environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job description

Salary: £29,721.12 (based 37.5 hours per week)

• Time at 1.3 of hourly rate for after 8pm and on Saturdays
• Time at 1.6 of hourly rate for Sundays and Bank Holidays

We’re excited to be opening a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This is a major milestone for Everyturn as we expand into London for the very first time.

Our 12-14 bed, clinically led community rehabilitation service will support people with complex mental health needs in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment, with 24/7 clinical support.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service

About the role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people move forward in their recovery by:

• Maintaining safe, welcoming, and homely environments
• Responding confidently to emergencies and promoting service user safety
